So here’s another one of those ‘& Beyond’ posts…after you have kids, you suddenly have little people that need to be fed. Our three year old used to be an amazing eater. She ate whatever was offered to her. Alas, those days seem to be long gone right now. We’re holding out for their return, but not holding our breath right now. I confess I haven’t been too creative with the meals because it drives me crazy when I spend time and effort on a supper and she won’t eat it anyway, but I’m trying to be more adventurous.
I made this recipe last night and not only did it taste fantastic, it’s fast AND easy too! I got it from Karly at Buns in My Oven – you’ve got to try this. 20 minutes from 0-done. It doesn’t get better than that.
